Music Angel Terms and Conditions of Sale & Service

1. The Agreement

1.1. This agreement is between Music Angel (UK) Ltd (Referred to following this as ‘Music Angel’), of the registered business address Oakridge House, Wellington Road, High Wycombe, HP12 3PR, and the person who purchases or commissions the service of Music Angel (referred to following this as ‘The Customer’).

1.2. Music Angel’s pre order service enables the customer to collect their pre-ordered product from the designated stall at the festival for which they purchased the product. If an Unlimited Charging Wristband is purchased as part of the product the customer will be entitled to exchange their Social Power Battery, once exhausted of charge, for another fully charged one as many times as they like for the duration of the festival. This is subject to the advertised opening hours of Music Angel and is only valid for a person wearing the ‘Unlimited Charging Wristband 2016’ that appears to be un-tampered with. In order to exchange a Social Power battery for another fully changed one the unit must not be damaged or tampered with, doing so will forfeit the ability to exchange that product as part of the ‘Unlimited Charging Service’.

1.3. This agreement is established once a customer purchases a product from Music Angel, either through our pre order web store, or on site at an event.

2. Terms of Payment

2.1. Payment can be made through ‘Stripe’ on our website, and by any card that the Stripe service will support. Payment can be made in cash at our festival stalls (where the event allows) and at certain stalls by card. 

2.2. In order to use our pre-order service the full amount must be cleared into Music Angel’s bank account before any product or service will be supplied to the customer, and before Music Angel can guarantee that the customer will have access to the service at the designated event.

3. Delivery

3.1. No products will be delivered to a customer from this web-store. All products are for pick-up only at the festival for which the customer purchased the product. This is clearly outlined in the product title. 

3.2. Pickup locations will be available at least one week prior to the festival at and through our social media channels. 

4. Responsibility

4.1. Music Angel cannot be held responsible for any injuries through incorrect use of Music Angel’s product, or any damage to a customers/ other person’s property through incorrect use of Music Angel’s product. 

5. Length of Agreement

5.1. This agreement only commences once Music Angel receive cleared payment for the product/ service.

5.2. Music Angel have the right to terminate this agreement under the following circumstances: 

5.2.1. Payment is not received in full.

5.2.2. Incorrect or in-sufficient customer information is given when purchasing the service.

5.2.3. Music Angel deem a customer’s behaviour towards its staff or stakeholders to be of an offensive, threatening or otherwise unsuitable nature.

6. Warranty

6.1. The Music Angel Social Power battery comes with a 2 year warranty, please use the contact form on our website to submit any issues. 

Product warranty does not cover any damage or malfunction caused by operational error, user damage or using the unit for a purpose for which is was not designed. This includes inputting or outputting at a current for which the unit was not designed. 

7. Cancellations/ Refunds

7.1. The Music Angel pre-order service may be cancelled up to 14 days after purchase for a full refund. During this time no product or service may have been used and any products must be returned in exactly the same condition that they were provided. The pre-order service can not be cancelled less than 7 days before the event for which it was purchased. 

7.2. Due to the nature of our service any product returned once purchased at a festival site will be eligible for an exchange of the same value in our store; but will not be eligible for a cash refund.

8. Personal Information

8.1. As part of our pre-order service Music Angel collect certain personal information about customers. 

8.2. This information will never be passed onto any 3rd parties, unless required to do so by law. 

8.3. Customer’s personal information will be used to:

8.3.1. Prepare orders for collection on Festival sites.

8.3.2. Provide contact information for updates on where to collect products

8.3.3. To provide contact information on promotions and future offers from Music Angel.

8.4. If you do not wish to receive emails from Music Angel in regard to future promotions or offers then please make us aware through our contact form.

9. Cancellation of Service

9.1. Music Angel have the right to cancel service at any festival. In the case of Music Angel cancelling our service at a festival the customer is eligible for a full refund of any service or products that have yet to be provided. 

10. Law

10.1. Any disputes of this agreement shall be governed by the law of England and Wales.
